About: Noble Capital
![]() |
Noble Capital draws its origins from Streamline Funding, a private loan brokerage that Jadon Newman created in 2002. Streamline Funding continues to operate as a subsidiary of Noble Capital, specializing in residential and commercial real estate investment short-term loans, ranging from $100,000 to $3 million. After six years of rapid growth, Noble Capital faced hardship in the economic crisis of 2008 to 2010. The company's survival amidst these difficulties necessitated cutbacks, but wise leadership carried Noble Capital through the recession. Additionally, the firm gained valuable experience for future economic challenges. Noble Capital builds its reputation on direct communication, emphasizing candor in its business relationships. Hiring experienced professionals with excellent customer service skills, Noble Capital places its clients' interests first. As a local business, Noble Capital intends its success to benefit the Central Texas region. Noble Capital's aim of aiding the community extends beyond mere words. In 2007, under its previous name as the Noble Development Group, the company planned to build a luxury condominium tower in the Austin Central Business District, but the property held a 200-year-old oak tree. Rather than destroy the tree, the firm hired an environmental company to move it beside the nearby First Baptist Church, where people continue to enjoy it. for more information, visit noblecapital.com |
